These lines serve as a guide for the body postures, helping you to place your hands and feet correctly and to keep the body in the correct position. This original ergonomic mat includes a strap with a removable carry handle so it can conveniently be taken anywhere. It has been manufactured using a high quality material which absorbs perspiration and is completely non-slip to provide maximum hold.
